Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating all nursing activities, ensuring high-quality patient care, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing care policies and procedures
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of nursing staff
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient care delivery
- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Create and review care plans for patients
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing team members

Qualifications:

- LPN or RN
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing administration
- Proficiency in medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and documentation review
- Experience in nursing home, assisted living, or home health settings
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
