Your Contributions:

• Shape and implement the Facility's cutting-edge quality assurance program, reaffirming our dedication to excellence in the Nursing Department.
• Collaborate on facility surveys with authorized government bodies, showcasing our steadfast commitment to regulatory compliance.
• Make daily rounds within the Nursing Department, setting a gold standard for nursing service adherence to industry best practices.
• Champion the resolution of grievances and grievances lodged by department personnel, ensuring robust reporting mechanisms.

Requirements for Success:

• Hold an active license and registration as a Registered Nurse in the esteemed State of New Jersey.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long Term Care, enriched by a strong managerial background.
