DON Shift : Full-time Mon Fri with on call weekend rotation.

Director of Nursing Key Duties
Ensuring all nursing staff provides quality resident care that meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards.

Lead and or participate in Quality Improvement (QI) groups and other multidisciplinary meetings.
