RN Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of compassion and resident-centered care to our residents through evaluation of nursing care and performance of charge nurses and CNA's. Monitors documentation within resident records for completion, accuracy and compliance with regulations. Compiling data collected through previous shifts for DON review. Managing staff assignments of oncoming and current shift.
