**Overview:** We are seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, children, and in home care settings. This position offers the opportunity to work in various healthcare environments, including assisted living facilities and urgent care centers. **Responsibilities:** - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians - Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding - Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team - Assist in medical procedures such as phlebotomy and specimen collection - Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records - Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times **Experience:** The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experiences: - Experience working with people with developmental disabilities and children - Familiarity with home care practices and procedures - Ability to lift and move patients safely - Knowledge of critical care practices and protocols - Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques - Understanding of medical documentation standards - Basic physiology knowledge for patient care - Previous experience in urgent care settings is a plus Joining our team as a Nursing Assistant provides an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients while gaining valuable experience in various healthcare settings.
