Obstetrics/Gynecology Director directs the staff and programs of the obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) department. Develops and introduces approved standards and guidelines for OB/GYN services and programs. Being an Obstetrics/Gynecology Director ensures quality care for patients. Requires a MD degree. Additionally, Obstetrics/Gynecology Director typically reports to top management. Requires license to practice medicine. The Obstetrics/Gynecology Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.     We currently have an opening for a Director of Maintenance, Collections at our corporate office in Portsmouth, NH. The Director of Maintenance, Collections and Post Collections develops, implements and manages fleet maintenance business processes and standards for WTI's Collection, Heavy Equipment, Rail and Over the Road equipment This role will assist in overseeing the selection and education of field maintenance personnel to ensure execution and durability of standards, processes and practices. The Director plays an essential role in building the capability of the field maintenance teams to consistently execute on business plans and budgets year after year to ensure all equipment is maintained for safe and efficient operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Directly oversees the maintenance and best management operating procedures and processes.
    • Assists in the creation, development, and implementation of the company maintenance operations.
    • Deploys company-wide standard processes, tools, and technologies throughout the area.
    • Facilitate operating reviews and the annual budget processes.
    • Identifies, diagnoses, and performs root-cause analysis of issues and performance improvements of underperforming locations assisting in the development and rollout plans to improve their maintenance performance.
    • Listens, evaluates, and collaborate with Operations and Procurement in setting priorities and goals in support of the maintenance process.
    • Supports and ensures safety initiatives and compliance.
    • Provides targeted expertise to lead on-site activities.
    • Develop and maintain short and long-term strategic management objectives and priorities; participates on cross-functional committees to ensure end-to-end collaboration to maintain policies, best practices, equipment specifications, and performance metric for maintenance.
    • This position could require travel up to 50% of the time.

    • Experience in the maintenance of a large fleet.
    • Previous experience in truck and or heavy equipment industry

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelors 10 or more years of experience, Equivalent experience in lieu of degree may apply.
    • Waste experience preferred
