Bookkeeper

OT/FT/PT Clinic is seeking a self-motivated part-time Bookkeeper 10-20 hours a week with flexibility. You can choose the day (or days) to work between 9am and 5pm Mon, Wed and Thurs or between 9 and 3 on Tues. & Fri 10-2 pm. Must be reliable, punctual, professional in appearance and manner, and great at multi-tasking. Required experience: 4 years as Bookkeeper. The most important aspect of the job is you must be well versed in QuickBooks. We use QuickBooks for everything, paying bills, doing Payroll, Quarterly taxes and forwarding required documents to our CPA. Also, Microsoft Word, Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Physical setting:

• Office

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
