The purpose of the Senior Quality Supervisor role is to communicate with the stakeholders to develop standards, processes, and applications for ASME NQA-1 Quality Program. The  Sr QS must have significant knowledge of codes and demonstrable experience in a similar position.  They will need to be able to create and deliver standardized training on best practices for quality  to personnel and new hires in the Northeast and Northwest regions, in accordance with Aegeus written practice.  Interface with Customers as the Product Owner for Development, and provide expert level support for field personnel.

• Build a quality training programs on inspection practices and NDT methods for utilization in the West & Central regions for new hires and existing staff in accordance with Aegeus written practice.
• Plan and organize instruction in ways that maximize learning
• Coordinate with various departments to integrate QMS standards and practices into daily operations.
• Conduct regular internal audits of the QMS to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Identify and manage risks associated with the QMS and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Review, update, and maintain QMS documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for all stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QMS by identifying areas of opportunity, developing action plans, and monitoring progress.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external QMS audits, ensuring all documentation is available and addressing any findings or discrepancies.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on QMS requirements, tools, and methodologies.
• Analyze performance data and metrics related to the QMS, generating regular reports for senior management review.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in quality management practices, ensuring the company's QMS remains at the forefront of industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing expertise and support in QMS-related matters. 
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status, performance, and effectiveness of the QMS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO 9001 principles.
• Stay updated with the latest changes, interpretations, and updates associated with ISO 9001 and related quality standards.
• Serve as the key liaison between the quality department and other technical and non-technical departments.
• Plan and oversee quality-related training programs for the Quality team.
• Conduct and oversee technical audits, ensuring adherence to established quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on technical aspects of services, equipment, and processes.
• Provide technical guidance on quality assurance, quality control, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Review and approve technical documents, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the Quality Director to set quality goals and develop strategic quality plans.
• Stay updated with the latest quality management techniques and best practices, ensuring the company is at the forefront of industry standards.
• Develop and administer quizzes and examines.
• Provide initial and refresher trainings.
• Conduct technical orientation sessions and on-the-job training for employees and new hires.
• Develop and/or maintain testing and evaluation procedures in compliance with company standards and requirements.
• Evaluate performance fairly and consistently and return feedback promptly to promote maximum learning.
• Maintain a positive relationship between Aegeus, the facility, and the client.
• Maintain and promote a positive attitude towards Co-workers and Customers.
• Agile Development Product Owner-Meet with internal and external stakeholders and provide expert level support to develop standardized inspection forms, applications, and reports.
• Lead/assist in the process to improve efficiency and standardize processes.
• Strong ability to design and architect inspection workflow processes.
• Maintain a strong focus on cross functional teamwork to provide deliverables on time and within budget.
• Clearly define inspection and reporting processes aligned with local/state /federal codes and Industry recognized standards including but not limited to: API, ASME, ASTM, NACE, ASNT, AWS
• Provide written technical documentation for application help files, training programs and videos.
• Determine requirements, plan projects, evaluate and communicate project status, establish priorities, monitor progress and resource utilization and implement changes to improve the overall effectiveness.
• With limited supervision, manage project execution and delivery, including high-quality deliverables and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards and meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate directly with client and operations regarding ongoing activities and enhancements to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Possess the ability to quickly understand the program, functions and processes that the project encompasses.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of project management best practices.
• Ability to manage workload distribution / assist / participate / execute strategic plans in alignment with defined goals and targets

• Additional tasks as requested by Manager

• 5 years of project management experience, preferred in technological applications
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Outstanding leadership skills. Inspiring interpersonal effectiveness to lead team, train talent and effect change. Track record of building talent.
