The Digital Banking Specialist will be responsible for a wide range of digital banking operations and technical support task, including Customer and Business Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, and Quicken/QuickBooks support while adhering to bank policies and procedures in line with Regulation E guidelines. Performs other projects and duties as assigned.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

·       Provide operational and technical support for both Customer and Business Online Banking.

·       Assist with Business administration and enrollments related to digital banking services.

·       Assist with Mobile Banking inquiries and issues.

·       Manage both Zelle and Mobile deposit limit increases.

·       Provide support for Zelle inquiries and address flagged transactions.

·       Set up Zelle for new Business customers.

·       Assist customers with Quicken/QuickBooks integration and troubleshooting.

·       Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for FedNow related issues.

·       Process both Zelle and FedNow disputes under Regulation E guidelines.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

·       Strong oral and written communication skills.

·       Sound critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.

·       Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills.

·       Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

·       Intermediate computer proficiency.

·       Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products.

Industry and Work Experience:

·       0-2 years of digital banking experience required.

Academic:

·       High school diploma or GED required.

·       Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
