Position General Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for assisting customers through a remote on-screen video experience using Interactive Teller Machines. This position must be able to proactively engage in professional, positive, and productive communication with customers who are utilizing ITM’s at remote locations. This position will perform basic teller-like duties with some exceptions and differences. This position will also assist with administrative functions as assigned. Scheduled days and hours will be flexible based on business needs.
