JOB SUMMARY
As a Manager of Compliance, you will manage the day-to-day functions of maintaining the compliance program. Your duties will include overseeing the completion of compliance activities, audits, and document creation/drafting by Compliance Specialists and/or Compliance Senior Specialists. You will contribute to training development on compliance matters, handling complaints, and liaising with clients, partners, vendors, and government agencies on compliance matters. The position has a heavy focus on payor sponsored programs and compliance such as CMS compliance and contractual
compliance for health plan and PBM and Pharma related compliance for manufacturer sponsored programs; other areas may fall under responsibilities as assigned.
