Position Responsibilities:

• Sorts through mail received from mail team and distributes as necessary
• Verifies correct and complete documents are received from the state
• Prepare SS-4 and submit EIN applications through EIN bot, IRS website or by fax
• Prepare S-Corp election (form 2553)
• Submit Corporate kit orders to vendor
• Ship welcome packages along with filing evidences/ state certified documents
• Monitors and upload documents located in scanning folder within set deadlines
• Categorize documents
