Organizational Development Director directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures. Approves change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs. The Director, US Policy will support the US commercial business with a focus on the Oncology and Biopharmaceuticals therapeutic areas, reporting to the Head of State and Federal Public Health Policy in the US Corporate Affairs & Government Affairs team. This position will play a critical role in advancing the company’s US policy priorities and executing strategic alignment and pull-through of proactive and reactive policy shaping opportunities including in the areas of: 1) pricing, reimbursement, access, and affordability at the State and Federal levels, 2) patents and intellectual property, 3) tax, workforce development, or 4) US-foreign relations.
