Organizational Development Manager manages all aspects of organizational development. Oversees the development of training programs, facilitation of change management initiatives, and review of current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals. Being an Organizational Development Manager develops programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Facilitates the development and implementation of employee performance measurements to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Manager assesses leadership development, team development, and organizational communication programs and practices. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Organizational Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. The Organizational Development Manager plans, develops, implements, and monitors the effectiveness of employee development and organization training programs. The manager acts as a liaison between Legacy of Hope and UAHSF Human Resources & Training departments through all aspects of recruiting, onboarding, retaining, and termination of Legacy of Hope employees. The manager oversees employee engagement initiatives and is responsible for reporting employee engagement information and works with Directors and Managers to develop action plans to increase engagement at the team level.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required: Degree in business, human resources, health care management, or related field required. 3-5 years experience working in human resources, training, or healthcare administration required.
Preferred: Experience in organ procurement industry.
