    The Organizational Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving organizational growth and success by conducting assessments, developing strategies, and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance. Additionally, this role is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for key positions, cultivating relationships with internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify top talent.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs, proactively addressing talent gaps and succession planning.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion within the organization, fostering a culture of belonging and equity.
    • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices.
    • Conduct organizational assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, leveraging data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Design and facilitate training and development programs to build leadership capabilities and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
    • Partner with leadership to drive change management initiatives and ensure successful implementation of organizational transformations.
    • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of OD interventions and make recommendations for improvement, driving organizational growth and success.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads, HR partners, and employees, to understand their needs and priorities and align talent initiatives accordingly.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational development, talent management, and recruitment matters, providing strategic guidance and support.
    • Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting its values and culture to potential candidates and external partners.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in organizational development and talent acquisition roles, with a proven track record of success in driving organizational growth and attracting top talent.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of interventions.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools, with advanced knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.
    • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
