Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as psychology, sociology, special education, or related field, with three to five years of experience in a early childhood setting
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Familiarity with data collection
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and environments
