Outbound Contact Center Supervisor supervises employees who place telephone calls or other interactions to potential customers. Monitors and evaluates interactions and workflow to ensure that performance standards and the volume target are met. Being an Outbound Contact Center Supervisor is responsible for the daily activity of contact center policies and procedures including meeting contact center operational standards, maintaining employee service levels, improving quality service, preparing reports, keeping equipment operating, maintaining professional and technical knowledge, and accomplishing organizational goals. JOB SUMMARY
Assist in leading, supporting, coaching, and developing Contact Center representatives to ensure that they understand and meet expectations by building necessary skills and knowledge to better support our Customers and Members.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must be able to work weekends and on weekday evenings. Three to five years of supervisor experience within a customer service or call center environment with at-home and in office experience preferred.
Qualified applicants must have experience in supervising project and team activities. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
Ability to lead people to accomplish objectives is essential. Experience with Hospitality is a plus.
