Outbound Contact Center Supervisor supervises employees who place telephone calls or other interactions to potential customers. Monitors and evaluates interactions and workflow to ensure that performance standards and the volume target are met. Being an Outbound Contact Center Supervisor is responsible for the daily activity of contact center policies and procedures including meeting contact center operational standards, maintaining employee service levels, improving quality service, preparing reports, keeping equipment operating, maintaining professional and technical knowledge, and accomplishing organizational goals. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Outbound Contact Center Supervisor typically reports to manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members.     St. Mary's Bank is looking to fill a Member Contact Center Representative Position.

    While demonstrating organizational excellence, this position will provide "best-in-market" service to members on deposit and loan productions/services via face to face and/or over the phone.

    • Achieving deposit and loan production goals as measured by sales reports;
    • Maintaining loan and deposit account relationships be meeting and exceeding member expectations as measured in member feedback and satisfaction surveys;
    • Processing transactions while adhering to balancing guidelines as measured by production reports;
    • Providing guidance to Electronic Banking Products & Services (i.e., Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, etc.) as measured by observation, member feedback and call recordings;
    • Ensuring compliance by completing work accurately as measured by events reporting.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent required
    • One year experience as a customer service representative with a financial institution
    • Knowledge of deposit and loan products to include proven track record in consumer loan origination, sales and member service
    • Good analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to effectively communicate via telephone by speaking professionally at all times
    • Computer proficiency to include bank systems, word-processing, spreadsheets and data base software
    • Microsoft experience preferred
    • Must be able to remain sitting for extended periods of time
