Outpatient Services Director directs and implements the administrative processes and resources of an outpatient medical or specialty services facility or clinic. Ensures quality care and services for patients by implementing systems and operational procedures to coordinate service delivery. Being an Outpatient Services Director aligns processes with business, clinical, customer service, quality, and financial goals. Monitors, evaluates, and modifies programs while adhering to company guidelines and standards. Additionally, Outpatient Services Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Outpatient Services Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Outpatient Services Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Director of Outpatient Services to oversee multiple Outpatient Substance Abuse facilities in the Tampa Bay area.
Some of your key deliverables will be:
· Responsible for clinical excellence across OP facilities w/ dual SA & MH services
· Increase revenue by 30%
· Increase compliance by 40%
· Decrease patient discharge rates by 20%
· Successfully increase patient engagement by 20% county wide
· Provide clinical development and supervision
· Increase patient census
REQUIREMENTS:
· Licensed in the State of Florida as an LMHC or LCSW.
· Masters Degree in Social Work or Mental Health from an accredited college or university.
· 15 years' experience in Mental Health or Substance Abuse.
· 5 years' experience supervising clinical staff in a behavioral, mental health and/or substance abuse facility.
· Thorough knowledge of program management principles, clinical systems and operations, quality assurance, and regulatory/accreditation agency requirements.
· Experience that provides both the advanced technical knowledge and the leadership skills necessary to run a large, multi-faceted, health organization.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturday and Sunday
Ability to travel within Hillsborough County.
