Ensures quality care and services for patients by implementing systems and operational procedures to coordinate service delivery. Monitors, evaluates, and modifies programs while adhering to company guidelines and standards. Additionally, Outpatient Services Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Outpatient Services Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Outpatient Services Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     The Outpatient Therapist is a mental health professional who serves as the primary therapist and contact for clients. The Outpatient Therapist develops treatment methodologies and ensures the effective implementation of all treatment for clients on their caseload.

    Qualifications

    • MA degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related Human services field.
    • LCSW, LMHCA, LICSW, LMHC license in State of Rhode Island
    • Clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
    • Experience in quality management preferred
    • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
