Additionally, Outpatient Surgery Director typically reports to top management. The Outpatient Surgery Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Monday-Friday (some early morning shifts are required, but always home for dinner!)
Fridays are 4 hour shifts & rotate: 8-noon, 10a-2p, noon-430p
NO call, NO weekends, NO holidays
