Package Design Manager jobs in Wyoming

WRJ is seeking a Design Sample Librarian to complement its current team.  If you are passionate about organization and enjoy being surrounded by beautiful samples, this could be the role for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Library Organization

• Ensure library is kept up to date and organized at all times.
• Remove discontinued samples.
• Return unwanted, off-brand samples to vendors.
• Display new samples upon arrival to introduce new samples to Design Team.
• Partner with the Design Team to manage the process of returning samples upon the completion of a project as well as ordering duplicate samples, as needed for a specific design project.
• Order supplies, as needed, for the library.

Vendor Relationships

• Manage and keep LastPass logins and Studio Designer vendor information up to date.
• Upkeep of current, and input of new vendor information into predetermined categories of popularity.
• Schedule pre-approved-vendor presentations at a maximum of 2 per month.

QUALIFICATIONS      

• Motivated, self-starter, outgoing personality
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous administrative experience

COMPENSATION

This is a full-time, hourly position. Compensation commensurate with experience.
