This unique position combines full Academy leadership and oversight with the opportunity to recruit, guide, and spearhead the development of the Storm’s 18U Academy-style team.  The individual selected will serve as an 18U ‘AAA’ Head Coach, develop business strategy, drive recruiting, and shape a culture designed to support the advancement of the next generation of impact players, central to TPH’s core purpose.  In this role, you’re part General Manager, part Athletic Director, part entrepreneur, and of course, a Head Hockey Coach!

The position comes with a competitive salary based on experience with the opportunity to earn performance incentives. This is a year-round position and comes with a full benefits package. 

The preferred start date is May 1, but flexibility could be granted for the ideal candidate.
