KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Sales Growth: Take charge of annual sales growth, including retaining existing clients, nurturing growth within the current client base, and acquiring new customers.
Business Development: Be the driving force behind business development efforts and new customer acquisition.
Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential clients, nurturing new and profitable graphic accounts.
Product and Industry Expertise: Stay informed about our products, services, machinery capabilities, and cost variables.
Customer Specifications: Communicate and follow up on customer specifications for graphic orders.
Administrative Duties: Process all necessary paperwork promptly and efficiently.
Sales Budget: Collaborate with the Director of Sales to prepare the annual sales budget.
Relationship Building: Coordinate entertainment activities to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Professional Conduct: Uphold a professional image in all business dealings to promote a positive company reputation.
Community Engagement: Actively participate in the community to expand business networks and contacts.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in HRMS/Amtech operating system.
Proficiency in Excel, VPS, and email communication.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Customer Service, Design, and Estimating/Pricing forms.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
