Packaging Manager manages and oversees the packaging staff on designated shift to achieve operational objectives. Observes, analyzes, and researches packaging line operation to develop and implement scientific and efficient process. Being a Packaging Manager implements quality control check to ensure the packaging meets environment, health, and safety regulations. Provides staff with directions on materials and equipment for each package. Additionally, Packaging Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Packaging Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Sales Manager
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Providing outstanding customer service
· Building relationships: Meeting with customers to educate them, build relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Identifying needs: Communicating with customers and leads understanding their needs and suggesting products and services to meet them.
· Products: Providing samples, mock-ups, and information of products to provide to the customer
· Scheduling appointments: Working around customers' schedules to schedule appointments.
· Negotiating contracts: Renewing or negotiating contract terms with current or previous customers
· Manage, develop, and train direct reports
· Attending events: Attending conventions, and/or industry trade shows to present products and services to potential customers
· Sales goals: Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals.
· Generating reports: Generating and submitting sales reports to management
· Mining and follow up on all potential leads.
· Strategies: Developing sales strategies to ensure repeat business and new customers
· Proficient in Word, Excel and HubSpot
Requirements include but not limited to:
