As the cannabis market continues to expand, we are seeking talented and motivated sales representatives to help us grow our market share in key legalized states, starting with New Mexico.

**Job Description:**

We are looking for dynamic Sales Representatives to join our team and represent Custom Marijuana Packaging in New Mexico. This role is 100% commission-based, offering high earning potential for those who are driven and excel in a performance-based environment. You will utilize our sales structure, systems, and tools to develop and manage a client base that consistently places repeat orders. Our average client spends over $100,000 annually, allowing successful representatives to easily achieve $100k in annual earnings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share in New Mexico.

- Identify and target potential clients within the cannabis industry.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Present and demonstrate our custom cannabis packaging solutions, including flexible packaging and containers.

- Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

- Utilize our CRM and sales tools to track and manage sales activities and client interactions.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the packaging or cannabis industry.

- Strong understanding of the cannabis market and its packaging needs.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Ability to travel within New Mexico as needed.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
