Production/Warehouse Supervisor

  • We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Production/Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our production and warehouse teams, ensuring schedule adherance, accurate information reported, inventory control, logistics, and materials handling. You will be responsible for taking direction from our main office and delegating teams to execute efficiently and accuratly.

    Responsibilities:

    - Supervise and coordinate daily activities, including production schedule adherence, receiving & timely customer deliveries, inventory management and reporting accurate daily numbers.

    - Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and reconciliation

    - Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage of goods

    - Monitor and optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization

    - Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

    - Collaborate with our main office to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment

    - Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency

    - Maintain accurate records of all activities

    Experience:

    - Proven experience as a Production or Warehouse Supervisor or similar role

    - Strong knowledge of production, warehouse and inventory control

    - Familiarity with logistics is a plus

    - Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is preferred

    - Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce

    - Problem solving skills
