PREREQUISITES
General: Must be 18 or older. Must qualify for a Tribal Non-gaming license.
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year in food preparation.
Physical: Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to four hours in length. Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, and other items up to 50 pounds. Requires normal vision, including color acuity and depth perception, reaching, bending, stooping, grasping, finger dexterity and hand/eye coordination. Must be able to perform safely and effectively in conditions of wet floors and temperature extremes.
