Paralegal Manager manages and develops the paralegal team and the systems and processes utilized to conduct research and produce legal documents. Responsible for case management by assigning cases and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion. Being a Paralegal Manager validates and oversees the preparation of legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, motions, appeals, wills, and contracts. Organizes documents into formal report and proofs for attorneys. Additionally, Paralegal Manager provides research and training support to the paralegals utilizing databases and legal libraries. Coordinates with attorneys on special requests or highly complex projects. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Paralegal Certification. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Paralegal Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Paralegal Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Property Manager

    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large apartment complex. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and financial performance.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Tenant Relations and Lease Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Oversee the lease administration process, including lease signings, renewals, and terminations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
    • Conduct tenant screenings and coordinate move-in and move-out processes to maintain high occupancy rates
    • Rent Collection and Financial Reporting:
    • Ensure timely rent collection, follow up on late payments, and manage eviction processes when necessary.
    • Prepare and submit regular financial reports detailing income, expenses, and occupancy rates to senior management.
    • Maintenance and Property Upkeep:
    • Supervise the maintenance staff and coordinate with contractors to ensure the property is well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing.
    • Oversee routine and emergency maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring work is completed efficiently and within budget.
    • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
    • Compliance and Legal Responsibilities:
    • Ensure all property operations comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including fair housing laws, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
    • Maintain accurate and organized records for all property transactions, tenant files, and maintenance activities.
    • Marketing and Leasing:
    • Collaborate with leasing agents to develop and implement effective marketing and leasing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
    • Monitor local market trends to adjust rental rates and marketing tactics accordingly.
    • Staff Supervision and Development:
    • Lead, manage, and develop the on-site team, including leasing agents and maintenance staff, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
    • Organize training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge in property management, customer service, and compliance.
    • Communication and Reporting:
    • Maintain open lines of communication with the Regional or Senior Manager, providing regular updates on property performance, challenges, and opportunities.
