Seeking an experienced Parts Correspondent to join the Tynan Family in Indianapolis. You will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous service to all customers and guests that need to purchase parts or need service. ‘

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

· Assist customers (in store, on the phone, and online) with parts inquiries

· Research equipment to identify parts needed by customer

· Record sales and/or counter transactions

· Record lost sales transactions

· Supply Service Technicians with parts as required

· Oversee part sales process start to finish

· Research and understand parts catalog

· Notify parts manager on out of stock parts or shop materials

· Receive, process, and pull parts order and put away stock order accurately and efficiently

· Assist customers with pickups

· Participate in required training programs

Required Experience

· Dealership experience in Material Handling preferred

· Ability to handle multiple tasks including counter sales, customer requests, and data entry

· Knowledge of parts and inventory operations

· Ability to read and understand safety and maintenance documents

· Must have great communication skills

· Eager to Learn and Improve
