Specialty Vehicles, Inc. is currently seeking full-time Parts Coordinator for our growing service and parts department. Our company is a state-of-the-art facility located in Plainville, MA. For over 30 years, we’ve been a leading Distributor of Emergency Vehicles (Ambulances & Fire Apparatus).

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Order Processing.

· Supply Shop Technicians With Parts As Needed.

· Work Collaboratively As A Team Contributor Between Departments And Technicians.

· Ability To Invoice OTC (Over The Counter) Purchases.

· Shipping And Receiving; Verify Packing Slips And Processing System Purchase Orders .

· Maintain Inventory.

· Able To Work In A Fast-Paced Work Environment.

· Ability To Work Independent Or In A Team Atmosphere.

Qualifications:

· Strong Written, Organizational And Verbal Communication Skills.

· Working Knowledge Of Computers; Outlook, Excel And Word.

· Some Mechanical Knowledge Preferred.

· Parts Counter Experience With Clerical Experience Preferred.

· Must Be A Team Player

· Must Have A Valid Driver’s License.
