Oversee all student ministries at ChangePoint, with the goal of advancing ChangePoint’s vision through its middle school and high school students.
This entails cultivating leaders and implementing strategies aimed at evangelizing students and discipling them on their journey to follow Christ.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and execute an overall ministry strategy to make disciples of students in the ChangePoint family and to evangelize unsaved students in Anchorage.
To include personally discipling students (and parents as primary faith-influencers) and leading others to do the same.
Lead the planning and execution of top-quality weekly gatherings, mission trips, retreats and service opportunities for students.
Including evaluation / selection / creation of curriculum and overseeing the teaching teams, guest speakers and other aspects of all Student Ministry activities.
