Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pastor to lead our church. The Pastor will be responsible for providing spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and guidance to the congregation.

Responsibilities:

- Provide spiritual leadership and guidance to the congregation
- Conduct religious services, including sermons, weddings, baptisms, and funerals
- Offer bereavement support and hospice care to those in need
- Engage in crisis intervention and management within the community
- Communicate effectively through writing and public speaking
- Educate and mentor individuals on matters of faith and spirituality

Qualifications:
- Strong public speaking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
- Ability to assist in crisis management and intervention
- Proficient in mentoring individuals in matters of faith
- Demonstrated ability to write and present engaging and relatable sermons

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16,000.00 per year
