Sales Representative – Machine Protection

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting our range of machine protection door solutions throughout the US.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Identify and research potential clients in target industries.

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

• Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads effectively.

Sales and Client Management:

• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate machine protection door solutions.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new business.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and assistance.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for growth and improvement.

• Develop strategic sales plans and initiatives to expand market reach and increase revenue.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector. Electrical experience is a plus

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills as well as technical and mechanical aptitude with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to understand technical product specifications and convey them effectively to clients.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field preferred.
