    • Answering a high volume of customer phone calls and initiating follow-ups to sales appointments
    • Respond quickly and thoroughly to the internet, phone, and live chat inquiries.
    • Follow up/schedule customers who require an appointment for sales.
    • Utilizing scheduling systems and CRM to build customer relations
    • Working closely while maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
    • Any other duties as assigned by manager


    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
    • Experience in VinSolutions preferred
    • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
    • Must have good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and processes
    • Be a dedicated, energetic, team player
    • Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR and Criminal Background required
