    The Position: Patient Experience Specialist

    Employment Status: full time

    Hours per two-week pay-period: 70

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Compiling quality data and reports
    • Greeting visitors and patients, guiding them if wayfinding is needed
    • Assisting patient experience team with projects as directed

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • General computer knowledge and customer service experience preferred. Prior healthcare experience preferred. Epic experience also preferred.

    Position Summary:

    Sidney Health Center is seeking a Patient Experience Specialist to join our I CARE team in the Patient Experience setting. Essential duties of the position include compiling quality data and reports, greeting visitors and patients- guiding them if wayfinding is needed, and assisting patient experience team with projects as directed.
