Job Description: As a Paving Equipment Operator at Dixon Paving INC., you will play a crucial role in the execution of our paving projects. Operating various heavy equipment, including but not limited to pavers, rollers, and skid steers, you will contribute to the success of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating paving equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitoring equipment performance and making necessary adjustments.
- Assisting with the installation and maintenance of paving materials.
- Following project specifications and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a paving equipment operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining paving equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to regulations.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
