Extensive travel throughout North Dakota / South Dakota during summer season approx April-Nov

Job Summary :

To operate and maintain heavy equipment such as loader, roller, paver, and screed.

All operators are responsible to : Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written). Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills;

ability to maintain positive customer relations and act courteous / respectful of others. Troubleshoot and problem solve situations / problems (material quality, equipment operation / repair, etc.

Monitor and discuss production problems with co-workers and managers / supervisors. Ensure OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance.

Extensive summer travel through the Dakotas

Excellent wages : $30.60-$32.65 / hr plus $20.65 / hr fringe. $350 WEEKLY per diem(covers housing) and full benefit package

Education / Experience :

Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. 1-2 years of related experience and / or training in construction field is helpful.

Highly competitive wages and benefits offered. Must pass urine drug test!
