The Payment Services Specialist position provides support for accounts payable functions within the NDSU Accounting Service Center.
Duties include data entry and audit (Bookstore SSI, Travel & Expense, and interdepartmental transfers), answering main phone for department and helping walk in customers with questions, office supply orders and general customer service matters.
Additional duties include assisting in payment processing, distribution of checks, daily ledger balancing of entries and assisting VPFA office as needed.
The position will also provide excellent service to customers (departments, students, and external) via face-to-face, phone and email.
Work Schedule : Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm (regular school term) and 7 : 30 am to 4 pm (summer and breaks)
Advertised Salary : $43,000 / year
