Payroll Administrator is responsible for the accurate preparation, documentation, distribution and reconciliation of payroll and the administration of the payroll system. Reviews the computation of pay and associated deductions for accuracy. Being a Payroll Administrator maintains up-to-date knowledge of city, state, provincial, local, and federal legislation affecting payroll; understands and follows applicable provisions. Prepares required tax filings and other reporting. Additionally, Payroll Administrator may coordinate payroll processing with an outside service provider. Responds to and resolves any inquiries regarding paychecks or payroll reporting. Ensures payroll issues are escalated and resolved promptly. May require an associate degree or equivalent. POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for accurate data entry into our timekeeping system on a daily basis, creating schedules in ABI, and managing various payroll-related tasks.
The successful candidate will have experience with payroll and Time Reporting systems, with a preference for experience in ABI.
Due to the nature of our business, our industry experiences fluctuations may result in irregular working hours, including weekends and holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS
WORKING CONDITIONS
Position requires prolonged sitting, standing, walking, reaching, twisting, turning, kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping in the performance of daily activities.
The position also requires grasping, repetitive hand movement and fine coordination when using a 10 key pad or computer keyboard.
Additionally, the position requires near and far vision when reading and using a computer. Acute hearing is required when providing phone and personal service.
The need to lift, push and pull files, paper and documents weighing up to 25 pounds also is required. Some of these requirements may be accommodated for otherwise qualified individuals requiring and requesting such accommodations.
Must be able to withstand loud noise in the environment.
