We asked three of our current employees 2 questions
Why do you like doing this job for our company?
What do we offer that your last company didn’t?
Employee 1 (employee since 2021)
"I enjoy working for a company that has my best interest at the core of the business. I feel that my voice is heard and that I’m able to express my thoughts and opinions without fear of retaliation. Also, there’s always opportunities to advance in your knowledge and room for growth."
Employee 2 (employee since 2019)
"I like the fact that you guys listen when I have questions or need to talk about a personal issue or any issue for that matter. You don’t brush anything under the rug, you make sure I understand when I have a question. And you don’t make me feel like not knowing something or making a mistake means I’m stupid. Also, other places I’ve worked I had to approach my supervisor to ask for a meeting to talk about my performance and to possibly get a pay increase, this is the only place I’ve worked that actually comes to me at my year anniversary to schedule a one on one. To me that is huge."
Employee 3 (employee since 2021)
"Family-owned business who is willing to put money into the company and invest in their employees. What I did not have during my last employment was a flexible schedule, being able to work a flexible schedule means so much. There is room for growth and opportunity to advance my knowledge. Management is wonderful and truly seem to care about their employees."
