Job Title: Director of Pharmacy (Temporary)
This is a temporary job opportunity, and this assignment is available for several weeks.
Dates of Coverage needed:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM plus on-call after each weekday shift (Friday on-call might be covered by internal staff)
Job Responsibilities: Verify medications and communicate with prescribers immediately regarding concerns or clarifications, verify intake nurse has accurately transcribed home medications by checking against med query that is returned and communicating / clarifying any discrepancies that arise. Might need assistance with audits
