Correct Rx Pharmacy Services, Inc., a recognized leader in institutional pharmacy, is seeking a Director of Clinical Programs to lead our team of clinical pharmacists. The Director of Clinical Programs will operate out of our headquarters located in Hanover, Maryland. This position reports directly to our Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
Job Description
This position is client facing and will supervise a team of five (5) clinical pharmacists who provide innovative services to our client. The candidate must have exceptional clinical, communication, analytical, collaboration, time management skills and leadership skills. Clinical initiatives include collaborating with other healthcare professionals, involvement in a wide range of patient directed pharmaceutical care and medication management initiatives for chronic care conditions including HIV, Hepatitis C and behavioral health. This position provides opportunities for professional growth and the ability to use clinical pharmacy skills at every level.

Compensation: Salary is between $140,000 and $175,000 commensurate with experience with excellent benefits, including potential bonus and profit sharing.
