Minimum Qualifications:Education and Experience:Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree AND 2 years of pharmacy experience AND a minimum of 4 years healthcare related information systems experience OR a Graduate of an accredited A.C.P.E. College of Pharmacy AND 2 years of pharmacy experience AND a minimum of 2 years healthcare related information systems experience.
Licensure/Certification: If professional licensure/certification is required, i.e. RPh, then licensure requirements must be maintained.

Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of Pharmacy Information Systems and comprehension of basic computer skills is required. Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills are essential. Skill in identifying problems and recommending solutions. Skill in establishing and maintaining an effective working relationship with patients, hospital/medical staff, and the public. Ability to interpret, adapt, and apply guidelines and procedures. Ability to communicate clearly.
