Job Summary

We are looking for an efficient, courteous and responsible individual who possesses excellent customer service skills.

As Relief Delivery Driver, you will deliver medications to medical facilities, assisted living facilities and residential homes. We’re looking for someone who has good communication skills and likes working with people, yet can facilitate all aspects of our policies and procedures concerning the delivery of medication. You must have a good driving record, and understand that you are driving a company vehicle, therefore representing our company in your actions and your driving performance. This position requires that you understand that you will be responsible for and accountable for the safe, accurate, efficient and timely delivery of prescription medication to the correct patient or facility. You must not only follow our policies and procedures but also all state and federal laws concerning the handling of prescription medication.

As Sales Clerk, you will scan the customer’s selections, ensure that prices and quantities are accurate, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to customers on products, promotions, or item location. You will also answer phones, process refunds or exchanges of items, and maintain a clean workspace.

To succeed, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy. You should be responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities and Duties as Delivery Driver

• Prepare and complete daily delivery log
• Provide timely and accurate completion of deliveries in an efficient and courteous manner
• Verify receipt and provide a signature for receipt of items delivered
• Communicate with pharmacy staff any pertinent situations that may arise
• Process all required paperwork according to established procedures
• Shred paperwork for disposal, maintaining HIPAA compliance
• Various other duties as may be assigned

Responsibilities and Duties as Sales Clerk

• Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations
• Operating scanners, cash registers, and other electronics
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer
• Processing refunds and exchanges
• Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure safe transport
• Following all store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards, etc.
• Maintaining a clean workspace
• Complete and comply with HIPAA training for work in a medical facility
• Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer service or Cashier experience
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
• High level of energy with strong customer service skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service
• Attention to detail
• Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints
