Physical Therapy Director directs and coordinates the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of physical therapy programs to patients. Evaluates current physical therapy programs and investigates potential new or revised therapy programs to improve the quality of patient care. Being a Physical Therapy Director oversees budgeting, staffing, and the development and implementation of new physical therapy programs. Ensures the physical therapy division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures. Additionally, Physical Therapy Director typically requires a doctorate degree in physical therapy or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. · Assist in carrying out physical therapy rehabilitation related activities and duties which are in accordance with supervising Physical Therapist plan of care for each patient, in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

o Supervising and demonstrating safe and proper use of equipment and exercises
o Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment within the clinic

· Must be 18 years of age or older
· High School Graduate
· Must have competent computer and clerical skills
· Preferred: Experience with use of medical billing software and Electronic Medical Record Software (WebPT)
· Demonstrate and represent the culture of the clinic, which has been in business for 38 years.
