Physician - Nephrology examines and diagnoses disorders and diseases of the kidneys. Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Being a Physician - Nephrology recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Additionally, Physician - Nephrology requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. Physician - Nephrology's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Acute Dialysis Nurse (multiple shifts)

  • Lakewood, CO FULL_TIME
  • Pay Range $39-48 (in addition to various pay differentials)

    Base pay $39-41 without previous dialysis nursing experience

    Base pay $42-48 for experienced dialysis nurses. Experienced needed in all 4 dialysis modalities to start on the higher end of this range.

    • Weekend Differential $3.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday
    • Evening Differential $2.50 per hour between 6p-10
    • Additionally differentials may include overtime, preceptor, charge, callback, oncall, third case, picking up extra shifts

    • SWING 12p to 12a
    • DAY 6a to 6p
    • HALF DAY 6a to 12p OR 12p to 6p (5 days a week)

    What does it take for this opportunity?

    • Ability to satisfy hospital requirements related to health and vaccination (with or without accomodation)
    • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN a plus
    • Ability to visually discern color differences for water safety testing and successfully pass Ishihara’s color blindness test
