We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties :

• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and checking patients in and out of the clinic.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
• Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents, as well as managing daily collections.

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Healthcare EHR systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Previous experience working in a podiatry office or similar healthcare setting is preferred
• Proven experience as a personal assistant or front desk receptionist is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Familiarity with basic office management procedures
• Willingness to learn new things including billing and insurance practices
