Physician - Podiatry examines, diagnoses and treats disorders, diseases, deformities or injuries of the foot. Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Being a Physician - Podiatry recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Additionally, Physician - Podiatry requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. Physician - Podiatry's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. We are looking for a hard working RN or LVN in our busy Podiatry office.
This position is Full Time - Monday - Friday / 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (30 minute required lunch)

Maintain Patient Relationships
Answer questions and handle problems and concerns with speed and professionalism
Ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of organization
Must be exceptionally organized and detail orientated
Assist Doctor in providing routine podiatric care to patients including but not limited to debridement of nails and calluses, wound care and dressing changes.
Assist Doctor in educating diabetic and immunocompromised patients in proper foot care and prevention.
Assist Doctor in treating post-operative patients.
Sterilization.
Other duties as assigned
SKILLS:
Must have good manual dexterity skills. This is a procedure heavy field and you must be good with your hands.
Must have excellent charting and documentation skills. We use MacPractice as our EMR system.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of medical practice protocols
Multitasking abilities
Ability to function efficiently and effectively in a fast-pace environment
