Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical management and human resources, ensuring the smooth functioning of our practice.

Duties:
- Manage care processes and patient services
- Oversee medical office operations and administrative functions
- Master AthenaHealth Electronic Medical Record and reporting functions
- Handle human resources responsibilities such as payroll, time off requests, and scheduling
- Collaborate with managed care organizations for optimal patient care and practice returns
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employer requirements
- Address patient concerns and complaints, both from a billing and customer service aspect

- Manage accounts receivable and payable

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in supervising medical or dental clinics
- Proficiency with Athena EMR (preferred) or similar medical office management systems
- Strong knowledge of human resources practices within healthcare settings
- Familiarity with managed care protocols and insurance billing procedures
- Understanding of state and federal regulations and compliance standards
